Brent teaches management for Baker University online MBA program and Southern New Hampshire University online undergraduate program.

Brent's current project involves the development of electric cars and preparation to put the cars into production. There is a working prototype of the Mercedes SLK350, with Hummer H2, smart car and Honda Civic conversions in progress.

We are part of a network of independent consultants offering services in leadership development, management consulting and conflict management. We work closely with organizations training their workforce to be contributing members. Keynote addresses and seminars are in the fields of living the balanced life, negotiations skills and conflict resolution. For our leadership development clients we offer a free 360 tool to evaluate if they would benefit from our services. Brent has consulted to over 125 organizations, has international business experience, held positions in general management and training management and previously owned and operated a management consulting and a recruitment consulting company. Brent is based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

Brent was born in South Africa and moved to the United States in 1993. Brent holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership (University of Phoenix) - dissertation entitled "A Phenomenological Study: Human Resource Professionals Perceptions of Leader Emotional Intelligence and Employee Affective Commitment". Brent holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Psychology (Rhodes university, South Africa), and Diploma (Bachelors) in Personnel Management from the Institute of Personnel Management (South Africa).
