Brent owned and managed a recruitment and consulting firm in South Africa specializing in Human Resources personnel before moving to the United States in 1993. His client base were the top 100 companies in South Africa. He started management consulting with George S. May International Company in 1996, quickly moving through the ranks to project director. Thereafter he worked for International Profit Associates (IPA) before opening Consulting Expertise, Inc. Brent has consulted to over 125 companies on all aspects of business management, from setting up a chart of accounts, accounts payable, progressive discipline, accounts receivable, marketing, sales and developed a specialty niche in training salespersons, sales managers, operations managers and general managers.

 Brent has many years of project management experience in a variety of settings.
